WHAT MAKES MAGGIE GALLAGHER AN ANTI-GAY BIGOT?

Maggie Gallagher very frequently gets up on her high bigot's horse, demanding not to be known as an anti-gay bigot.

The next time you hear her do that, bring this post to the world's attention.

Here are, enumerated, some, but most certainly not all qualities of an anti-gay bigot, along with examples of when Maggie Gallagher has exhibited them:

1) An anti-gay bigot casts all homosexuals as being defective.

Maggie Gallagher calls gays "sexually disabled."


2) An anti-gay bigot believes that heterosexuals should be kept legally privileged above homosexuals.

Not only does Maggie Gallagher disparage gay people as being sexually disabled, she has based a career on maintaining and/or strengthening a system of sexual orientation apartheid, wherein heterosexuals, only, and not homosexuals, may marry a person of their own sexual orientation.

3) An anti-gay bigot feels entitled to tell malicious lies against gay human beings, in order to inflame anti-gay hatreds in other anti-gay bigots.

Maggie Gallagher has endlessly told malicious anti-gay lies, and then lied about having told those lies.

4) An anti-gay bigot feels entitled to keep gay people living in fear of violence.


Maggie Gallagher has sponsored anti-gay hate rallies where her NOM-approved speakers have told mobs of anti-gay bigots that homosexuals are "worthy to death."

5) An anti-gay bigot finds varied ways to convey the message that "The only good gay is a dead gay."


Maggie Gallagher promotes a NOM fund-raising video with Florida public school teacher Jerry Buell, who told his class that homosexuals should be allowed to serve in the military, with heterosexual troops deserting them from behind.

6) An anti-gay bigot teems up with anti-gay bigots in government, to keep gay human beings living in fear of violence.


At one anti-gay hate rally where a NOM-approved speaker told a mob of anti-gay bigots that homosexuals are "worthy to death," Senator reverend Ruben Diaz, Sr. looked on smiling.  Maggie Gallagher has described Diaz as her "hero."

7) An anti-gay bigot will go to extraordinary lengths to use the levers of political power to keep gay human beings living in fear of violence.


Maggie Gallagher speaks in glowing terms of NOM's mastermind Robert George, who is also a Board member of the Family Research Council, an SPLC-certified anti-gay hate group. When Congressman Brad Sherman proposed a resolution against the "Kill the Gays" law in Uganda, Gallagher's friends at the Family Research Council spent $25,000 lobbying against the resolution, on the grounds that it constituted "pro-homosexual promotion." Maggie Gallagher says that she "cherishes" working with the Family Research Council. Maggie Gallagher and her fellow anti-gay bigots believe that one can not risk a resolution against a "Kill the Gays" law, because to do so would constitute "pro-homosexual promotion."  This is just a variation on Maggie Gallagher's best loved theme: "The Only Good Gay is a Dead Gay."  (Homosexuals are "worthy to death" yelled during a Gallagher-approved anti-gay hate rally; q.v.; Jerry Buell/NOM video begging for gay-bashing blood money; public school teacher Buell says gays should serve in military, at front lines with hetero soldiers deserting them from behind. q.v.

YES, MAGGIE GALLAGHER, YOU ARE A BIGOT!

NOM's gay-bashing bigot pig Maggot Gagginwhore has, unfortunately, again been allowed to spew her sow spittle on television.

Gagginwhore's documents describe goals of driving wedges between minorities, the better to perpetuate anti-gay discrimination.  Her defense of that, is that the divisions simply exist.  Got it?  The divisions simply exist, but Gagginwhore is working to drive political wedges between minorities.

That's one place where Gagginwhore deserves to be told "Fuck you!"

Another place where Gagginwhore deserves to be told "Fuck you!" is where she starts whining in that same video that gay human beings should stop calling the NOM bigot pigs, bigot pigs.

You want proof that you're a bigot pig, Maggot?

Maggot's organization's mastermind, NOM's Founder and Chairman Emeritus Robert George, says that homosexuality is "beneath the dignity of human beings as free and rational creatures."

NOM's George, the gay-bashing bigot wrote this Supreme Court brief explaining why gay people had to be thrown in jail for being intimate with each other.

Maggot Gagginwhore personally worked on an anti-gay hate rally in the Bronx, where a NOM-approved speaker yelled through a megaphone at a mob of gay-bashers that homsexuals are "worthy to death." At that anti-gay hate rally where the Maggot Gagginwhore-approved bigot yelled at other anti-gay bigots that homosexuals are "worthy to death," the anti-gay monster Reverend Ruben Diaz, Jr. looked on smiling.

In the video, Maggot Gagginwhore describes Ruben Diaz as her "hero."

In sum, Maggot Gagginwhore's hate group is headed by a monster who says that gay people inherently have no dignity, are inferior, and deserve no rights. Their anti-gay hate group sponsors rallies and speakers where mobs of anti-gay bigots are told that homosexuals are "worthy to death."

Gagginwhore's hate group also did a fund-raising video with Jerry Buell, a Florida public school teacher who told his class that gays should be allowed to serve in the military, at the front lines with hetero troops deserting them from behind.

Gagginwhore's mastermind Robert George, moreover, prides himself on having united reactionary Catholics with reactionary Evangelicals. Evangelicals in George's same circles went to Uganda, fanned the flames of anti-gay hatred there, whereupon Ugandan leaders proposed their "Kill the gays" law. Ugandan tabloids started publishing names and addresses of known homosexuals, saying they should be executed.  Some gay victims there actually were executed.  When a Democratic congressman proposed a resolution against Uganda's proposed "Kill the gays" law, NOM's Robert George was connected through the Family Research Council, of which he is a Board member, to efforts to lobby *against* the resolution, on the basis that it constituted "pro-homosexual promotion."

Got it? Gagginwhore's ultimate boss, whom she describes in glowing terms in the video, thinks the US Congress should not issue a resolution against a "Kill the gays" law, because to do so would constitute "pro-homosexual promotion."

Laurie Thompson is the frothy-at-the-mouth Evangelical gay-bashing spokes-turd for the Parents Action League, a Southern Poverty Law Center-certified anti-gay hate group.


Thompson, as part of her malicious asshole gay-bashing, loves to talk about the "Judeo-Christian tradition;" -- but -- you can very safely pay this total scumbag Minnesota Hetero-Nazi no mind there, as her only reason for ever referencing Jews most likely is as a reminder to all that if Chaim Moskowitz won't accept Jezee born of a "Virgin" as his "saviour," he's going where the goblins go. 


Never mind that Jews don't even believe in hell.  


The major Shit-For-Brains Laurie Thompson is so sure that she has the exclusive low-down on the afterlife, that she can with confidence say that were her bigot's tuchus put under oath on a witness stand in a US Court of Law, she could present direct evidence proving beyond a reasonable doubt that both Jews and LGBTers who don't reject their Judaism, and/or their gayness, in favor of accepting the Evangelical version of Jesus as their savior will go to hell, and that her direct evidence for that will create a legal precedent that all US Courts will thereafter be obliged to follow.


As a vicious gay-bashing spokes-turd for the Parents Action League, Laurie Thompson is exceedingly proud -- in her Virgin/Jesus wet-pussy-depths -- of the PAL website, which is OBSESSED with gay human beings, and defining them as sick, but susceptible of being cured through Jesus-inspired-miracles. 


As a gay-bashing bigot, Laurie Thompson and her fellow shit-for-brains Evangelicals did all they could to maintain a public school environment hostile to LGBTers in the Anoka-Hennepin schools.


As is known, those schools settled a massive lawsuit brought against them and, in practical effect, against the noxious influence of the Jesus-homo-haters, in favor of rational, moral, good, strong LGBT acceptance values.  


The settlement of the lawsuit set the famous Shit-for-Brains gay-basher Laurie Thompson on a frothy-at-the-mouth warpath.  You could well wonder if santorum were her speech writer. 


Even before the settlement had been reached, and the Anoka-Hennepin schools were still stigmatizing gay human beings as "controversial," Shit-for-Brains Thompson said this: "I am not . . . confident . . . that this [new] policy will prevent homosexual propaganda from flooding the classrooms."


Got it?  The least favorable word about, or trace of acceptance of gay human beings, is for this nasty Shit-for-Brainer "homosexual propaganda," threatening to "flood" classrooms.


After the settlement, Shit-for-Brains Thompson said that it was the result of the "socialist" Obama waging "all out war against Christianity" and . . you guessed it!  "Judeo-Christian values."


Thompson whined that the settlement was "a travesty" that had cost the school district too much money.  I wrote to ask her if she actually believed that the Anoka-Hennepin schools would have wound up paying less, had the lawsuit gone to trial.  Shit-for-Brains Laurie never answered that question; though the invitation for her to do so remains open.

FUCK YOU, DHARUN RAVI

What will it take to get Dharun Ravi finally to wipe that shit-eating grin off of his face?

Convicted for the crimes he committed against Tyler Clementi, M.B. and the community, Ravi has been throwing a P.R. pity party for himself in the media, laying the shit on thick with a trowel, trying again to use the "just a jerky kid" defense that failed him in court.

At no moment has Rati been willing to accept any accountability for his crimes, even though there is a mountain of evidence against him, including evidence that he had tampered with evidence and with a witness.

Ravi and his parents are so stupid that they can't even tell that the attorneys appear to be taking them for a money-fueled joy ride. Now they're going to appeal? Ha!  Look what their attorney is telling the media, even after the conviction. Attorney Steve Altman is telling reporters, still, that "the issue" was M.B., who looked "strange."

Nice, Rati!  Revictimize one of your victims by casting aspersions on him because of his appearance.

Meanwhile in reality, as the evidence very clearly shows, before Rati ever set eyes on his victim M.B., he changed the direction of his webcam so that it would be aimed directly at Tyler Clementi's bed. Having promised Tyler Clementi that he could have the room for a few hours, Rati worked on the details of the plot to violate his privacy. Altman knows he will most likely never convince any jury that M.B.'s "strange" appearance was the issue at all -- still less a valid legal issue in Rati's defense. But he tells these things to the media, because doing so could strengthen the deluded Rati family's idiotic belief that this attorney will be able to get Rati off. An obituary for a successful attorney once included this quote: "An attorney doesn't care whether he wins or loses a case; he cares how many hours he can bill for."

Rati wants the world to believe that he refused plea bargains because they would have meant admitting to bias intimidation, and he "couldn't lie" like that. What a fucking joke, that his pristine image as a non-liar should be in danger. Rati most certainly has done his share of lying about his crimes. He lied by saying the whole thing was "an accident," and yet anxiously wanted to know from his accomplice Molly Wei if she had told the police they watched Tyler and M.B. deliberately. He clearly lied when he said that he, not Tyler had disconnected the computer on the evening he was planning to violate Tyler's privacy a second time. Remember; it was after Rati left the room that day, that he was inviting others to a "viewing party."  Rati lied about this case out both sides of his mouth and out his ass, but we're supposed to believe he couldn't accept the plea bargains, because to do so would be to lie?

Face it; had Tyler Clementi been a "Take no shit" type, Rati never would have committed these crimes against him. And, some aspects of Rati's behavior do appear to show that he exploited societal prejudice against Tyler's sexual orientation, with the aim of making Tyler an object of harassment and ridicule because of his orientation. Rati didn't mind that there would be negative consequences against Tyler as a result of his crimes; he minds now, only, because he got caught.

Another thing this jerky kid convicted of these crimes is telling the media, is that Tyler was "OK" with him.  Tyler wasn't OK with you, you stupid asshole; he had asked university officials for a room change, but was afraid of going through with it because he thought a new roommate could behave even more poorly against him.

Stop lying to the media, you convicted Rati criminal.  Drink a good steaming hot cup of STFU already.

KATHY TINGELSTAD, GAY-BASHING ANOKA BIGOT

As a member of the notorious Anoka-Hennepin public schools board, the shameful gay-bashing bigot Kathy Tingelstad had to be dragged by her nasty bigot hairs into the 21st century.

Luckily, the 21st century has now won a great victory over the bullying, ignorance-fueled non-acceptance of gay human beings personified by the hateful KKKathy "Sieg heil!" Tingelstad.

The more research one does, the more evidence one turns up of KKKathy's long, long, long history of hardened professional gay bashing.

She served six terms as a Republican state legislator in Minnesota.  Here, in 2002, she told the reactionary Minnesota "EdWatch" that she would vote against public school education programs that aimed to eliminate gay-bashing bigotry. Here, you can read about how Tingelstad voted "Nein! Nicht! Nie!" on a proposed same-sex partner benefits law.

Here, in 2004, as you can see, KKKathy earned a Goose Egg Zero in  OutFront Minnesota's evaluations of legislators' LGBT-rights-related votes. When OutFront Minnesota evaluated legislators for the period 1993 - 2006, the gay-bashing bigot Tingelstad also earned a Goose Egg Zero.

As an Anoka-Hennepin school board member, Tingelstad did her damnedest to perpetuate a climate of anti-gay intimidation and fear in the public schools. In her bigot's arrogance, she dared to complain that human rights activists were insisting that gay students' constitutional and human rights be better protected.

When federal investigations and lawsuits brought against the Anoka-Hennepin school district led to the Board accepting a history-making settlement, KKKathy the professional gay-basher voted against accepting the settlement and then goose-stepped her way out of the room in a snit after resigning from the Board.  Tingelstad had herself a regular old Rethugliturd conniption, that the federal government could actually help to pressure gay-bashing yokels out of continuing their daily tortures of -- and bullying non-acceptance of  -- gay human beings.

In her whining resignation speech, she said, among other stupid things, "Like a target of bullying, I choose to leave the situation by resigning - instead of fighting back against the out-of-state bullies."

This gay-bashing heterosupremacist bigot witch Tingelstad currently serves as Anoka County's Chief Lobbyist. Please join me now in giving her the simultaneous Hitler salute and prolonged, extremely sloppy Bronx Cheer she so richly deserves.  

Katrina Plotz, Israel and Gays

Katrina Plotz is a Minnesota-based substitute public school teacher and writer with a passion for attempting to delegitimize Israel.

Plotz has affiliations with the Palestine Solidarity Group, and to appearances agrees with it that Israel has no right to exist. Admittedly, what I know about the specifics of her views, I have gleaned through media reports. Still, Plotz does appear to be associated with groups that reject Israel's right to exist. Furthermore, among all the existing competing narratives regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Plotz, to judge by the organizations with which she is associated, agrees that there is no reason, ever, to discuss the circumstances of the U.N. Partition Plan of 1947.

The Partition Plan was a two-state solution that envisioned Jerusalem as an international protectorate with no favor given to any one religious group. The Jews accepted it; the Arabs rejected it. And, the Arabs then mounted a war against Israel, with the aim of destroying it. Leaders of the fledgling Israel included the following in their Declaration of Independence: WE APPEAL - in the very midst of the onslaught launched against us now for months - to the Arab inhabitants of the State of Israel to preserve peace and participate in the upbuilding of the State on the basis of full and equal citizenship and due representation in all its provisional and permanent institutions."

Some weight of evidence suggests they were sincere in that offer (though war nonetheless was waged against them by many of the people to whom that was directed). The Israeli-Arab Salim Joubran has a permanent appointment to the Israeli Supreme Court, for example. There are mosques in Israel, but no Jewish temples in the Palestinian-controlled areas (to say nothing of Jordan, once part of the British Mandate for Palestine, where today,  no Jew may be a citizen or buy land).

Even in the face of possible anti-mosque terrorism -- as when an Israeli mosque appeared to have been attacked by an arsonist -- Israeli Jews, and Jews from other places, deplore the attack and convey their solidarity to that Israeli mosque's Imam.

In the context of documentable reality, therefore, there is something suspect about Katrina Plotz's apparent total delegitimizing of Israel, and her apparent willingness to assign all blame to it while giving a pass on everything to its enemies. Moreover, whereas Plotz and her associates appear not even to acknowledge the legitimacy of the 1947 Partition Plan, Palestinian Authority President Abbas says that rejecting the Partition Plan was "an Arab mistake."

Plotz has attempted to travel into the Middle East and then has been surprised and outraged when Israel has called her a "security threat" and deported her. Whatever the facts surrounding that deportation, it is not a stretch to conclude that Plotz might have sincerely good intentions, but that her head nonetheless is not screwed on quite right. And, that combination of circumstances could be detracting from the efficacy of her efforts to achieve justice for certain persons, including eventual gay persons in Gaza, the West Bank (to the extent that she has ever expressed an interest in LGBTers in those places) and the Anoka-Hennepin School District in Minnesota. Anoka-Hennepin is notorious for having a school board that enables gay bashers in the district.

Plotz substitute teaches in the Anoka-Hennepin Schools. She is part of the Anoka-Hennepin Gay Equity Team. She sent a scolding private Facebook message to this reporter, saying that her group does not agree with this petition pertaining to the district Superintendent Dennis Carlson. She claimed aspects of the petition are "inaccurate," though they were had from direct communications with certain minority members of the district alleging harm done to them there. She appeared to express the idea that this reporter should never report on anything about Anoka-Hennepin without her prior approval of the contents of the published reports.

Plotz's scolding extended to disagreement with this reporter over the quality of the Southern Poverty Law Center's involvement in Anoka-Hennepin matters. The SPLC filed this lawsuit  in a federal court on July 21, 2011, but instead of going ahead to trial with it, started holding tea parties with school officials. Even as the SPLC is putting advertisements of its involvement in Anoka-Hennepin on its website next to "Donate Now" buttons, the student's who are alleging victimization in the suit are not any closer to having the demanded compensatory and punitive damages. And meanwhile, after months and months of SPLC-Anoka-Hennepin tea parties, the school actually proposed instituting a "Controversial Topics" policy that would have stigmatized LGBT students as "controversial" simply because they are members of sexual minorities. Plotz is scolding me for my criticism of the SPLC, and insinuating that I should make no further criticisms of it, even though I am pointing out that the alleged victims remain uncompensated while the school continues pumping out ridiculous gay-bashing policy proposals like the "Controversial Topics" policy.

Plotz appears to be a person who stakes out a position and then clings to it, no matter what other evidence might be at hand. It is possible that that characteristic informs her views of the Middle East and of such matters as the Southern Poverty Law Center's involvement in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. The SPLC provides many laudable information-gathering and public communications services. It has won court cases against racist hate groups. But for whatever reasons, it has yet to build up a record of suing gay-bashers in ways that significantly deter other gay bashers from inflicting harm on innocent people. Plotz noted that she feels the SPLC have been "amazing advocates for LGBT students and families in our community."

She is entitled to express that thought, but not to tell me that I have to filter all my article copy about Anoka-Hennepin through her for approval. If the SPLC have been such "amazing advocates," where are the compensatory and punitive damages the victims named in the lawsuit are due, and why do gay-bashers still feel emboldened there to suggest such insulting nonsense as the "Controversial Topics" policy?

JOSEPH BACKHOLM, CHRISTOFASCIST

Joseph Backholm is the gay-bashing Christofascist who heads the so-called Family Policy Institute of Washington, an anti-LGBT hate group.

It is very important for us to call to the public's attention the distinction between a sane, normal Christian American who understands and consistently respects the constitutionally-mandated separation of church and state, and Christofascist theocRATs who want to deny you equal protection under the law because you don't conform to their dictates of how they think Jesus believes you should live your life.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is an example of a sane, normal Christian American who respects the separation of church and state, and Americans of all religions. (The Christofascist Backholm does not respect people of all religions). Saqib Ali is from a Muslim family, and he too is a sane, normal American who understands the constitutionally-mandated separation of church and state. As the first Muslim Delegate to the Maryland State Assembly, he voted in favor of marriage equality, saying that religious beliefs could not cause him to vote against other people's civil rights.

Joseph Backholm, by contrast, as a Christofascist thinks that U.S. laws are only valid if they reflect his Christofascist idea of what theocratic lunacy has to be imposed on you in order for his God to be happy with him. When an Episcopalian came out in favor of marriage equality, the Christofascist Joseph Backholm declared that Epsicopalianism is not a real religion.

Backholm does not hide that he is trying to impose theocRAT law on innocent LGBTers.  His site has this gay-bashing letter from Catholic Bishops in Washington State. Backholm the Christofascist gay-basher also has this anti-LGBT hate speech document on his site. In that hate-speech document, we read that "The tendency of male homosexual acts to spread disease may help explain the revulsion many people feel about them."

A sane, normal Christian American has empathy for the sick.  A Christofascist by contrast is characterized by having contempt for sick people. By all legal means possible, we must keep Joseph Backholm's and all other Christofascist theocRATs' filthy mitts off of our Constitution and our country's laws.

Christofascist Joseph Backholm is the Washington State associate for additional hate groups including Focus on the Family, the Family Research Council, and the Alliance Defense Fund. As Right Wing Watch has noted, the Alliance Defense Fund monsters "are particularly persistent in attacking attempts by homosexuals to have families, establish domestic partnerships or civil unions, or to be protected from discrimination in employment or housing." In light of that, pause to consider that the present Commissioner for the Washington State Human Rights Commission, Charlene Strong had a partner of nine years, Kate Fleming, who died in 2006 when a flash flood trapped her inside her Madison Valley, Seattle, basement recording studio during the Hanukkah Evening Wind Storm. Arriving at the hospital, Strong was initially prevented from joining Fleming, despite their long partnership, because Washington State did not recognize domestic partners.


Bigots by definition are malicious sadists who take pathological pleasure from the suffering inflicted on their victims. Stand up against Christofascist bigots like Joseph Backholm as if your life depended on it.
